Hi,
I have ordered 2 mugs from sendmygift.com from Bangalore on 25th December 2015. i have ordered for gifting those mugs to someone who really means to me. i have received orders on 31st DEC 2015 and Jan 2nd 2016. i have received one mug without image and one order with blur image. please find below order Id for same issues

i have escalated these issues with images to sendmygift.com customer support through mail and call but they have responded like everyday they are telling like you will get the product today. but i haven't received yet. please find below escalated Ticket ID's

i have asked them to cancel my orders but they haven't done that. later i told them i will raise consumer complaint, still they haven't respond. because of them i have missed my personal valuable moments.
please take severe action on them
