Complaint marked as Resolved Received the Gift with complementary, My wife is very happy and i am very happy...
I would like to provide some tips
1. Once the gift order is booked, kindly send a confirmation message via SMS and Email
2. Online Tracker is not working properly, Make sure the tracker working properly.. Do some regression testing and also stress testing on website.
3. Support team doesn't have proper information and they are not able to provide clear updates
4. Support team should get clear updates regularly. (If you provide same details via SMS or email to customer then customer satisfaction will increase)
1. Order Booking confirmation
2. Order is packed or not
3. Order is in transit or not, If it is under transit, then transit details
4. Once the order is received, then update the details to support team
5. In Demand day like Valentine or New Year or some occasional days, Order should be limited or restricted based on your service. I mean you should have some limit point. While booking the order, every one can select the delivery date. If you are not able to deliver then the website should not accept that date. So restriction should be provided.
I hope you faced alot pressure, due to unclear plan and unavailable of information.
