I ordered a basket with chocolates and Teddy bears for Valentine's day
According to the customer care executive it supposed to be delivered before 9pm today but it's 10:15 pm and no sign of any delivery is received till now.
This fraud company has shattered my planning of surprising my future hubby with the gift.
I want my money back from this company.

Order Id[protected]. It's already been 4 days now . I have even sent a mail regarding the refund for which I have still not received any reply.

I want my amount to be refunded as soon as possible.
