I had ordered a gift combo today in the morning (Order #[protected] and was assured by chat support team that order will be delivered by noon. But till now I have not seen any response via phone, message, mail or any change in the order status.
While taking the order, the sales support team was quick in responding and using sales gimmicks requesting to order fast because site is overloading. However after the order is taken, I tried approaching customer support through chat and phone, but nobody is responding properly. Chat support team is either leaving the chat box or responding incoherently. Also IVR is putting me on hold indefinitely.
This kind of attitude towards a customer does not only break the trust we put on you for gifting a loved one but can also be deemed as unlawful business practice. How can you dupe customers like this ? Was this information helpful? |
