[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Payment not received and unethical behavior | |||||
The prizes are too high than the actual, still I want to send a cake for birthday so I ordered from the website www.sendmygift.com But due to some reason I cancelled my order by chatting with the support team. As per their communication I immediately sent an Email to customer support team for the cancellation. This was happen in 23 Nov, 2015, after that I tried to contact them through chat at the website. always it was told me that there is some problem in website we will get back to you once we overcome it. Still didn't get any update from them and also didn't received my money. Even the they didn't updated the order status. The website is seems to be like fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||
