I tried to book online tickets from chennai central to mysore through our portal on 11 th oct, 2018 at arround 7.00am. Through my a/c no.[protected] ifcs code kkbk0000469.
The booking failedseveral times due to some technical problem, but the amt. Of rs. 3124/- debited through the said a/c have not been refunded. (Ref. No :[protected]
Please do the needful and refund the amt at the earliest.
