[Resolved] Serco Bpo — complaint about Lalita Iyer(Training Manager) Okhla Delh | |||
Hi I got selected in Serco with Refund process in Okhla Branch and I have join on 16 mar 2015 and today Lalita Iyer(Training Mnager) denay for me that she cant consider me in training because Last time I escalate Rajal Mittal case to Human Resource because Rajat Mittal could not provide good Training for Ticketing process even in the past Rajat Mittal Could not provide good result in training session. Because of Rajat mittal is good Friend of Lalita Iyer thats why she could not ready to give me Refund Training. She is misusing her Upper post because She is the Training Manager but her mind is like child she is here for serco for friendship and in the business sector there is no friendship. I was the topper person in productivity in 2012-13. But she is feeling jelous with me so That is why she didn't offer me training. I will esclate this case to Higher authority. I have worked there by form oct 2013 to feb 2014. but i have not received the FAF amount yet. HR is not ready to respond properly. is this the relay way to treat their employees. Please help me to receive the same. Prince Varghese
