I have booked bus from kadalai (ramnad) to Chennai. I have not been informed about bus number or bus contact number. On further enquiry came to know that bus has been cancelled. No refund provided no information was provided. Worst customer service from SETC.

Had to contact multiple numbers from SETC website. After multiple follow-ups they confirmed ticket for next day.
