[Resolved]  Seven Hills Sand At Puri — Not paying the rents

I have purchased flat no 2138 in seven hills sand at puri and on rent agreement for five years @ rs.8000 per month. After n7 months of rent seven hills stopped paying rent since january 2014. It is not possible to contact sri srinivas md of seven hills and the staffs at bhubaneswar & new delhi simply replying when they receive cheque they will send to me. On this matter a letter was sent to sri srinivas md and a no of e-mails sent but no action has been taken so far. I have invested huge amount on this project and i feared that i may loose the hard money invested.Pl help me.Lenarani dhalemail [protected]@gmail.Com
