Hi,
My name is savio fernandes.
I had bought a sf sonic battery for.my bike Dio from
Sanyo batteries, Borda margao(ph.no6481414/[protected]).
I bought it on[protected] and the next day my bike wouldn't self start.the next morning the same thing happened. I rode the bike for about 25 kilometres and kept it idle at night the next day it wouldn't self start .
So.i returned the battery to the above mentioned retailer /dealer who checked the battery and told me there is a fault with the battery and they will send it to the company for.replacement as per warranty and it would take about 4 days.i called after 4days and the owner of the store told me.there is no battery in stock .it took a few days more until finally on the 28thof june I was given a new battery.but was not given a warranty card as he told me it has to be stamped by the company.today morning when I went to collect
The card he told me that the card will come later.subsequently he called me at about 1340 hours to tell me my card and a new battery is come.
When I went to collect my card he took the new battery out from my bike and put the same faulty battery back and gave me my old card back saying there is no fault in the battery.i told him that i will approach the consumer court he dared me to do so.
My humble.request to you to look into he matter in the interest of both me and your company.i will not hesitate to approach the consumer court/consumer forum.
