Shaadi.com — Deactivated my profile without any reason

We've created my sister's profile and also took a premium membership but they deactivated that profile without any reason. I connect to their customer adviser who asked for the government I'd proof and that too via whatsapp. I don't find it sensible in any way to share such sensitive documents to someone who is not even ready to confirm their validation and authenticity. It is totally irresponsible on the part of shaadi team
