Guys, plz donot go for VIP SHAADI...i made a big mistake to regester on vip shaadi
I can corroborate what user #PG has testified. I too registered for VIPShaadi.com and have found the customer service appalling. It is obvious the VIP Shaadi service is designed to act as a go between the two sides entering a prospective marriage. The managers there promised before enrollment on the service that filtered profiles can be contacted and a hidden database of profiles will be available. They do not do this or may be looking to get a further bribe for this.
* They are not straightforward and transparent. They will hide significant details, in emails when communicating to you with regards to helpdesk/support calls, namely the transaction amount for a refund.
* They will mark calls at resolved even when no action has been undertaken to resolve an issue.
* They alter your partner preferences without your consent.
* They will contact you at times and on numbers on which you have not asked to be contacted, knowing full well that this will look in there favour.
* Further, they will only discuss matters of concern over the phone which is significantly more difficult to keep a record of than by email.
* In my case, they even failed to provide 2-3 matches per week.
I would encourage #PG and #yashi ee to contact paypal, i[censored]sed, and open a claim by calling them direct for advice and disputing a transaction.

I took the VIP services offered by you after request from your representatives of providing good services of match making.
The disappointment faced has been a terrible experience
1. Although Customer representative was changed on request due to bad service provided, the new representative is no better being casual and lacking any interest in helping us even contact the the boys family. We have to call her up, leave messages and then hope the call will finally be answered by your representative.
2. It has been about 40 days of the alloted quota of 90 days and your representative has not been able to arrange a single meeting or even contact so far.
3. Despite the regular follow ups and various requests from our end, we do not get any further information on the profiles sent by you as a follow up.Just seems to end abruptly without us knowing what happened finally and why there was no response from the Boys side
4. Profiles from abroad end abruptly despite us giving approval
5 We get a new profile frequently without any idea of what happened to our previous profiles.It just goes on without anything actually happeneing

VIP Shaadi is a big fraud site and gives extremely poor service.They are only interested in making money.Once they convince you to register they are hardly bothered.They just send a couple of profiles and think that their job is done.If you ask any question they mention that they are connecting with them.After sometime they write that they are connected but you never actually get to meet a single person..I have not met a single propspective in 2 months.Why are we wasting out money and time ?The management should refund our money if they are not successful in making us meet even with one propspective.In fact I personally connected with a person whom they could not connect me too.So I dont know if they actually take any interest at all.

After a fantastic sales pitch, the consultant will send 2–3 profiles from the same database, which you can access as an unpaid member! For this they charge about a lakh for 6 months.

Omg...!!! Thanks so much guys who have put in their thoughts and regrets about Shaadi VIP reviews. I was about to make 1 Lakh payment tomorrow after I have got convinced by them to go with it. I could not believe Shaadi VIP is such a BIG FRAUD in deceiving ppl to this level. Again appreciate all your time and efforts to let all people aware about their irresponsibility. I suggest not going for any VIP or assisted service and their employees are hopeless. Take only paid membership which you can afford. Nobody knows your more than yourself and prospective other party is rarely positive to calls by third party on your behalf. At least personally I feel sorry for those who cannot do it themselves and depend on talking by third party.
VIP Shaadi Service is the worst, which is why I have not given any rating to them. We should not let this company off the hook but seek damages from them by litigation in consumer courts. Is there any lawyer among this group who can advise us?
Thank God for these reviews. I was thinking about this service. Glad I didn't pay yet and won't bother anymore. So disappointing to hear all these experiences.
