[Resolved]  Shaadi.com — Account blocked, unethical behaviour

I am a premium plus member since almost 1 and half year now. You are asking me to upload my details now (account on hold), when talks are about to be final. Cant upload the proof till 1 month, I am out of state and you have blocked account access. My questions: 1. What were you doing till 1 and half year ? 2. Why didn't you asked for verification before eating my money for premium plus fees? 3. My premium period is ongoing, and I cant access account, that means my money is going wasted? 4. Why should I trust you for having my confidential proofs. I own an SEO company, and will do my best to make your ratings down. Furthermore, I will sue you in consumer court if issue is not solved as I have all the proofs of payment I made to your site, screenshot of blocked login page, and lots of other proofs to get you nailed down. For anyone reading this: Shaddi.com http://www.shaddi.com is scam, they ask for bank details, residence info, contact number, and ID proof in middle of paid membership, totally non-justifiable behavior -Manu Sharma [protected]@gmail.com

Our intention is not to upset you. However, please understand that these checks are done for your own safety and security as they help us maintain a clean database. We have tried to answer all your concerns which are as follows:

1 & 2) Verification process is fully automated. Profiles are pulled up randomly by our systems irrespective of their membership type. 3) We did call you in regards to submission of Id proof however you refused to co-operate.
4) In regards to security of your documents, you can be rest assured as we don't save any documents in our back end. 5) Also, to avoid any inconvenience, the refund was pro-actively processed and the amount will reflect in your account within 7 business days.

We would love to have you back on board and look forward for your co-operation. If your not comfortable in sending your documents, we also provide you with an option of verification via Skype call.

I agree with you Mr. Manu Sharma. Shaadi.com has taken my 15000 rupees but neither allowed me to use the site nor returned my money. They have just taken the money as they are robbers.
