[Resolved] Shaadi.com — Compulsory verification documents required | |||||
I have registered at the site and uploaded photo and mobile number, and within 2 days i am not able to access my profile. The site is asking to upload identification documents, why? I do not feel safe to upload the documents to the internet, it will get misused! Now i am not even able to delete my profile as login is not allowed! Atleast allow the users to delete the profile! This is a lie. The message on the website clearly says:
"We do not share your documents with any 3rd party except local law enforcement agencies, if required."
Which means that they are storing your documents on the backend. So the question is do you really trust these #### to keep their backend systems safe from hackers. Given how their CEO has handled the verification issue (zero transparency), I have no faith in their ability to safeguard my details.

This is the worst service ever I received, I suggest everyone never never take vip service ever. This is a fraud service. No response received even after marking mail to CEO. I want to file a case for this now. No calls has been received from there side after payment. Worst service ever.
