[Resolved] Shaadi.com — Nonconsent Interest Sending & Poor Complaint Response | |||
I have been raising complaint on receiving an invitation to connect by email from one of the registered shaadi.com member and renewed the membership to get the number. Post renewal contacted the member and come to know that she did not send any invitation. Later communicating this to shaadi.com customer care, they replied that on behalf of members the system will send invitation without the consent of that particular member. This is one such cheap marketing technique used to make money. Also received invitations from member registered as female in the gender column, but the uploaded photographs are of a male. Even communicating this the reply was initially the member has selected a wrong gender. Then I questioned that what verification do shaadi.com admin have for the uploaded photos prior to listings. With continuous follow up they started disconnecting from the chat, requested for a call back from the managers with authority, till today no actions.
