[Resolved] Shaadi.com — Problem in searching match profiles | |||
I have created shaadi profile 2 years before, when i am not paid member when i search match profiles only fresh profile match appears in search results but when i become paid member after six months already contacted, declined & awaiting response profiles started coming in search results.I have given many complaints for more then 1 & half year this problem which i am facing in searching match profile in shaadi site & there is no solution provided by your side, how can anyone search profiles if more then half of 600 search results are declined & awaiting responcses because only i can search only 600 profiles in my given search options, this makes it very difficult in searching match profiles, i have also tried Do Not Show Profiles that have Filtered me out Profiles that I have already Viewed but same issue is there & i have profiles in other matrimony sites where no declined profiles & awaiting profiles appearing in search results, now i think that i have make mistake by taking paid membership in shaadi.com bcz before become paid member there is no problem of declined & awaiting results appearences in search results.So plz solve this issue on priority basis bcz here is big name of yr matrimony site & we expect good service & solutions from your end.
