[Resolved]  Shaadi.com — Services not provided in addition to insulting and disrespectful staff

I'm addressing my concerns with regard to my experience with Shaadi.com RM services.
I had logged a complaint in Nov also, excerpts of which you can read below:

"I had registered as a Premium member on 26th September, 2013 and had paid Rs.10, 000 as membership fees for the same. My Profile ID is SH25568953.

I was promised that suitable profiles would be forwarded at the end of every week.

INSPITE OF YOUR UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE ACCEPTANCE OR FEEDBACK IN 2 MONTHS! It has been ~2 months and I have only received 2 mails from your relationship managers.

I would like to lodge a complaint against Ms.Seema Bhandari who was my 1st relationship manager. In the 1st month, she only sent me 1 set of profiles. When I requested more profiles, I was told "That there are other clients to be served and I should wait"! She was EXTREMELY RUDE in her behavior as she never picked my calls and always had excuses ready not to do her job (festival season - shraad, dushera etc. etc.)

After waiting for 1 month, I was extremely frustrated and requested that my relationship manager be changed. My RM was switched to Mr.Nitin Kumar who has once again disappointed with his POOR SERVICE. Today is 11th November and I have only received 1 set of profiles on 24th October. After that Mr.Nitin has only delayed sending me any profiles despite committing the same on phone many times. "

After having logged this complaint, I received at least 20 phone calls from the center and following was what we finally agreed upon:

"Dear Richa,

As per our telephonic conversation we have agreed on following points.

1- I will personally indulge with Pushpa for the services and ensure you that you will get best services from our side

2- We will start your service from today 14th nov and your RA will be Pushpa mishra her contact number is [protected] and email id is pushpa.[protected]@peopleinteractive.in

3- We will send you profile by every 10 days 10 proposal .

4- You will see our services for one month and if we are unable to provide you services then you can go for our refund procedure.

After this email, I thought of trying again from start but not surprisingly, I was extremely disappointed with not just the services (that no-one seemed to offer), but also extremely irresponsible and insulting behavior of even the center manager, Ms. Anushree Sharma. Please find below an email that I sent regarding the same:

"Hi Neha,

Just received a call from Ms Anushree who seems to be accusing me of having finalized a profile for my sister and thus asking for a refund.

I would like to ask you is this how all Relation Managers behave after not providing satisfactory services in an effort to take the blame off their backs?

Do you actually think i would have cared about mere 10, 000 bucks if i had finalized the profile?

Disgusting behavior and highly disappointing staff!

Tried calling you, your number is switched off "

After 9th January, I waited for the next set of profiles until 27th January and since there was no email/no contact or reason whatsoever provided, I logged in my complaint again and asked for a refund, to which Ms. Anushree Sharma responded by saying that she was out of office and hence could not communicate or provide any services. I do not have a problem with no services for 10 days, but I do have a problem with EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR.

She seemed to accuse me of not meeting with the profiles that they were sending (on and off without any routine) but isn't it finally my decision whom to meet and whom to not meet ?

The RM's job was to send profiles every 10 days and that did not happen. To top it all, I was insulted and disrespected each time I tried contacting them. Lubna was also in a conversation when Ms. Anushree accepted this bad behavior.

I request you to let me know where do we go from here. Please read the final email I received from shaadi.com after my complaint the second time around, and since then NO-ONE seems to respond to my phone calls/emails.

We are still investigated with your case.

Please understand as we have to discuss this on senior level.

We will be getting in touch with you and will update you with final outcome asap.

The last time any "services" were provided to me was 9th January!

I feel cheated, disrespected and insulted on so many levels right now that I can not even fathom. I am willing to take the next step because such disrespectful behavior and irresponsible services is NOT what anyone signs up for.
