Shadofax — My package in not delivered

My package from Meesho was scheduled to be delivered by Shadowfax courier company with tracking ID SF[protected]FPL. On that day (15/04/2023), a pickup was also scheduled by Shadowfax courier company. During sharing the pickup code, the courier boy peeked into my mobile and took the delivery code also. Using that delivery code, he kept my parcel with him and updated the delivery status of the parcel as' Delivered'. I notified this wrong delivery status to Shadowfax help center that day only (15/04/2023). On 17/04/2023, I received a call from Shadowfax assuring me that they have my package and the package will be delivered by evening or tomorrow (18/04/2023). But still i didn't receive my package.
Can you assist me?
I have that courier boy's contact no. Should I lodge an official complaint against the courier boy?
