Hi,
My wife is getting repeated threatening calls from some unknown numbers claiming to be calling from abn amro bank credit cards which was taken over by rbs banking and also mentioning kotak mandira bank name is taken by them.
They also mention that its collection for the year 2007 card, would like to inform you that the card was fully paid off by me and was was submitted at the banks branch in fort in 2008.
Then why am i getting calls for the same after 12 years.
My wife is a patient of low blood pressure and due to the calls she got very tensed and had concussion.
Why are these unethical collection practices followed by the banks for collection of cards which are already paid off 12 years ago, am i eligible to pay again for the mistakes of your staff who fail to fulfill their process request you to resolve the issue at your end and stop harassing your customers for the lapse in services of your staff.
If the calls are not stopped i will escalate the issue further to the finance ministry ms nirmala sitharaman and if further reqd to the pmo.
Hope for a positive and ethical response on my mail from the bankers.
