Shaheed Major Sudhir Chhikara Indane Gas Service — Scratch in printed weight in cylinder

I have book number 249, Gas booking no. 489779 dated 04/04/2015 Deleivered on 10/04/2015. When i got the cylinder it was engraved on collor with weight in KG 17.3 but on cylinder, weight in printed manipulated with weight KG 15.3 instead of 17.3 kg. when i check the weight of cylinder in machine it came approx 28.5 kg. I have complaint many times in your office in person and by telephone. in a incident on 08 May 2015 I came to your office and given detail personally and they said to file a complaint through online. Please take necessary action and check personally.Thanks.
