I have purchased an auto clean kitchen chimney of Shakers. During that time they promised a lot of giving 3-4 free after sales services etc etc. But till today they never bother to give a call to the customer about after sales servicing. Though its their duty to maintain the servicing schedule as per their commitment.
I have also raised a request for servicing some 2-3 weeks back ( request / docket number - 18407 ), but still today they never bother to give me a call and serve my request. Each time I followed up someone picks up the call and tells a stupid fine story that my request has been forwarded to the branch office and they will give me a call.
