Shamiana Chs — heavy leakage problem during rains

Shamiana chs bhanu nagar, nr bhanu sagar talkies, kalyan. There is outstanding dues of the members for maintenance and some member have not paid for 2-3 yrs. Also thr is heavy leakage problem during rains. Water starts flowing inside the house no prompt action has been taken by the office bearers pls look into the matter. The member r not willing 2 put shade on the terrace as they r not willing 2 pay the contribution settled upon. As a result work cannot be started. And again this year we will have 2 face the rains with heavy leakage problem. Even thr is leakage from pipes of the bldg on outer side
