Shantanu Mondal — Toll deducted for local resident

I reside in Talegaon and Dehuraod, in between that one dehuroad toll plaza is there through which need to be pass. Every day toll people is deduction Rs.82/- for passing through toll. Where as it was already declared that for MH14 passing vehicle will not taken any toll as they are residing in that toll area. Still they are doing the same. Now either I have to tear off Fastag or else will take loan to pay fastag.
