Share Auto — Share auto

On Sept.24, 2023, I got down at Camp road bus stand at around 8-40 P.M. (travelled form Velachery to Camp Road by A51 bus). As soon as I got down, a share auto with passengers (with definitely two people sitting at either side of the driver in the front, more possibly at the back seats) came at LIGHTNING SPEED from the LEFT SIDE of the bus, and passed me at a whisker's distance. There was not an iota of mistake on my part, as I had just got down from the bus. The share auto nearly missed me purely because of my karma and providence, nothing else, otherwise, it would have hit me fair and square with a combined weight of may be 600 kilos (share auto's and passengers' weights), and I would have got crushed and mangled totally and would have resulted in 100 percent sure death. This could have happened to anyone who got down from the bus. THE SHARE AUTO WAS 100 PERCENT WRONG IN COMING FROM THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BUS, WHERE PASSENGERS GET DOWN. AND ON TOP OF IT, IT WAS SPEEDING LIKE A MANIAC. To top it all, the driver shouted at me: vootla sollikinnu vndhitiya? Meaning, have you informed your house that you are going to die and come here? This is like doing a crime and the criminal abusing the victim.
He just sped away, without giving me any chance of noting down the license number of the auto. This could have happened to anyone and this is totally unacceptable and criminal behaviour on the part of the driver.
I have the bus ticket with me as a proof that I really got down from the bus. Also, if there is CCTV coverage on the Camp Road bus stand (for buses gong towards East Tambaram ), then the license plate of the errant share auto which crossed me and nearly crushed me to death at the instant date and time (Sept. 24, 2023, around 8-40 P.M.) can be found out. Request severe reprimand and punishment to the criminal share auto driver (most probably belongs to Tambaram auto stand), as this could have led to potential IPC 302 case. I reported verbally this matter to the Camp Road police checkpost. The official just said that he will tell the driver's leader (thalaivar) that a complaint has come about a share auto driver. I do not have much hope on that front. My main recourse and request is that the CCTV footage should be accessed and analysed, before further action is contemplated.
