I have taken their service for my household goods and car shifting from Kolkata to Ghaziabad. They offered me very competitive charges with assured delivery dates. I agreed to give them the job after doing couple of references check of their past customers and visiting to their web site as well. The website is looking like a MNC but actual fraud company. Unfortunately they provided me all fake customer numbers for reference check, as a result I got full confidence on them. However I was looking to do transit insurance for unexpected transit loss as well and they agreed to buy insured in my favour for Rs. 6000/-, the sum assured of Rs.200000/-.

Next week they started shifting activity on 10th July 2016 of my household goods and picked up all goods by evening, and my Car was picked up in next day, in between one of my friend told me that this transporter is Cheater and not giving proper service to customers. I thought to visit their Dankuni office to check their office and infrastructure; however I could not find their office as per the given address on LR and other documents. I called up them again to know the fact and they informed that recently they have shifted their office to next building 4th floor and the new address is not updated in documents. I went to the new location to see their office but again there was no existence of any office. I tried to collect information from the locality about the transporter and found they have closed their shifted office recently. I started fearing to loss all given items and calling them again and again.
Finally two guys came to meet me at Himalaya Plaza and took me to another office and told that goods are in safe because they have transported all items and it will be delivered as per the given commitment. I asked them to provide the booking details of goods, ‘transit insurance copy’ and copy of service tax registration Certificate etc. but they have given only booking details and told other documents will be sent through email. Finally I came back and moved to Ghaziabad next day.

One month later they delivered my household goods in damaged condition but car was till undelivered. Finally I took help local police station and got my car in very poor condition. They car was run over 1000 km compared to meter reading at the time of car handover at Dankuni police station.

I lost huge in terms of money and time.

Please do not give any goods to them even if they offer less price.
