i booked a bus ticket from bikaner to jodhpur through sharma travels. The agent gave me a ticket. After arriving towards the bus the conductor told me that there is no such seat in the bus as mentioned in the ticket but after some argument he gave me a seat. After travelling 100-120 kms the conductor asked me to get up from the seat and sit down on the floor i refused as i was having a ticket and i had paid for it. But the conductor told me that either you sit on the floor or get out of the bus. I refused but the conductor did not lisetend to me. I told him that i will file a complaint but he said do whatever you want and get out of the bus. After this i leaved the bus. Even after paying the full fare i was not given the proper seat and was ejected from the bus in the middle of the journey. As it was approximately 9;00 at night i had to book a hotel for the night stay. I faced losses as i was having a meeting the next day and i couldn't attend it because of this fraud. It was a very rude behaviour by the conductor and fraud done by the travel agency. I hope you will solve this matter at the earliest.
