Sharp India — Sharp split air conditioner not working

I have purchased sharp split invertor air conditioner from Sarthak electronics, Delhi on 07 June 2014. Now, when i start the AC during this season I found that the AC in not cooling. I have complaint at sharp customer care vide complaint no. 2349309 dated 2/4/17 and i was assured that someone will attend the matter within 24 hours. Now, after 5 days nobody even contacted me. Thought I have contacted the customer care thrice, and they assured me that this time somebody will attend the complaint. It is quiet disgusting. The service of sharp is very poor. my contact no.
