SharPTronics — Sony LED Product delivery and billing

I ordered a tv (01-may-2017) at the chennai trade fair that happened last weekend. The product was billed for rs.33000 after discount at the fair, and surprisingly, a processing charge of rs.400 (Actual was 500 which was reduced to 400 after i fought for that) with bajaj finserv emi card breaking the promise which the posters and banners of the trade fair showed stating 0 hidden charges, zero cost emi.

No one seem to be interested in explaining this, and when questioned the reply was so harsh saying - "we pay a huge rent for this event, we cannot loose 100 bills at the time of replying to one customer's query. And you cannot ask about all details in a trade fair, these things can only be discussed in shop when free." - that was the worst customer experience i have ever had. The actual reason for a high processing fee may be really reasonable and valid, but the way they handled the customers were really unexpected, i could see a lot o[censored]nhappy and angry faces for the same issue.

With a dejected note, i still purchased the product as i had waited for so long to purchase this tv. As there was a huge crowd, the finance was not processed, only the bill for the processing charge was given and they assured that the bill will be sent with the product while delivery.

Now, i got a message stating a transaction of 36500 has been done which is a huge 3500 more than the actual bill value!!!.

First, i checked with the bajaj finserv customer care, where i got the reply that its the sharptronics people who would have swiped that and we cannot reverse without them requesting for. Then, till now am trying to reach out to the right person on this, but am being routed to the 5th person now, losing my patience.

If at all there is a customer support team and there is a crm, then please react and respond.

And to all other persons reading this, please don't go with sharptronics at any cost, their only motive is business, and they provide zero customer satisfaction.
