Shaw Tvs — servicing is pathetic

I have purchased a scooty streak on 2009. Every service is done from there only. But day by day the performance is going worst. I have given for servicing today. The brake cables was fitted new but there was an sound coming through because it was not fitted properly, when told no importance is given to me. Excalater cable was fitted new but no tuning was done. Rude behaviour by service man. Paid 1100 for this or what. It was purchased by my mother. Name. Deep gurtatta. Vechile number. Wb 24p 3679. What to do every time i go they used to charge me unnecessary things without even informing me and when done they give me huge bill. Earlier also my scooty front shcker was cut. They told me that new shocker have to be purchased for both the fronts. I have purchased that also. But again it has been leaked on that same day. They again charged me for unnecessary things. What to do. What u people want. Should i make a complain to the police station regarding this that u people are charging unnecessary things, having a rude behaviour not doing proper work, harrassing people. If i would not get my scooty done properly i would file a complain against tvs and to that particular showroom too. Keep that in mind
