We subscribed to the daily vide receipt No. 7867 dt. 16.06.2016. as per tele. talk the coupons were already dispatched on 25.06.2016 through a courier. till today we are not in receipt of the same, and we have to pay to for the daily news paper as we have discontinued with our vendor, who is charging excess amount as service charges in addition to commission charged from you. you will appreciate that such situation affects your credibility/goodwill. do needful in the matter advance coupons and reimbursement of the amount paid by us till the receipt of the coupons.in anticipation of positive response thanking you.
