Shibani Air Services Ltd — plz tell me is the call fake or real and should I proceed further documentation process and submit fees.

I received a call from this company where they have taken my telephonic interview and an online test after which I received the mail regarding my further process for certain documentation asking my both Aadhar Card and voter ID Plus 1180/- rupees .They said after that I will receive parcel in which my post accessories will be there. I haven't get submitted my documentation and fees please let me know is this fall a fake or real from the company.
