Shilpshala — Regarding a custom order of ring and nazarbattu placed on[protected]

I've ordered a custom made ring and a nazarbattu and made payment Rs 5150 on[protected]. And they said the time needed is 25 days. And it's been 10 months now, still i didn't get any updates or my order. Whenever I tried to enquire about it they'll say some reason. And the last date they said was[protected]. And after that no response from them.
I also told them if they haven't yet started they should just refund me but no response from them.
