[Resolved] Shine.com — Banned these cheaters

My name is Soumen saha, today i got a call from Avinava sharma of shine.com number [protected]. He called me for 6 month registration on shine.com for Rs. 1999/-. He assure me that he can provide me job calls of 8to10 numbereach month with relavent profile. So i paid the same to shine.com and send him my resume.
After 15 minute Mr. dharmendra call me as expert team from number [protected] (email:[protected]@shine.com) asking for Rs.7698/- for complete registration. He told me to create my professional resume and linkdn profile creation he need this amount. I told him please don't modify my resume give as it is to recruters. He told me that is not possible, you have to paid the amount to get the service.
I told then ok drop my registration and return back my money. But he denied to do so.
Therse are the cheaters, I need my money back. Can anybody help please.

The issue is not resolved yet. I called you at your number that time you was not available at your seat. You supposed to call me at back my number yesterday but you didn't. That is a lack of seriousness fo your side. So issue not resolve. Please fix the issue by returning back my money.

After receiving your call again, we called you back on the same day but the call was answered.

Today again we gave you a call but again no answer from your side.

Today, I talked to one of your representative (Phone No [protected]). He told me that to complete my registration i need to may Rs. 7698/- immediately. Then I told him that, at the time of first call the sales representative not disclosed me about that, so I like to cancel my registration.
He told me to just communicate to you in this complain board itself to cancel registration and asking for refund. So please Team Shine, I hereby request you to cancel my registration and refund my money Rs. 1999/- as soon as possible. My transaction ID is[protected].

Yesterday i got a call from your side from number [protected]. The person is comitted me to refund my money within 5 minutes. For tge same he asking for Rs. 120/- as processing free. For the same he is asking my credit card detail. So what we can call this shine.com is cheater or what. Girvement must closed this fraud people business.
I am still not getting my back. Please cancel my registration and return back my money.
