Shine.com — Fraud regarding Job Search

I received a call from Shine, where I was asked to enroll by paying a fee, after which they claimed they would assist me in getting a job. I repeatedly asked about the total cost involved, and they clearly confirmed that it was a one-time enrollment fee of ₹3, 292, with no further payments required.

After I made the payment, I received another call demanding an additional ₹4, 637 for resume processing. I requested some time to think about it, but they pressured me to pay immediately, stating that my application would not be considered otherwise.

This is misleading and appears to be fraudulent. I want a full refund of ₹3, 292 paid under false commitments.
