In the month of december 2013, I received a call from ShiningYourCareer (then ShineYourCareer) representative, one Mr. Ravi who duped me without informing about complete amount for Paid Services. I was told to pay only INR 3000/- but later after making the payment I found out that was for only part services.
Later upon escalating the matter, another representative Mr. Manoj assured that complete Services would be activated. However till Mid February 2014, no such Services were activated and with lot of mental harrasement from that time till date I have been following up for reversal of my payment.
Till date the entire Team of ShiningYourCareer remains unavailable and act in a very unprofessional manner.
