Shipping Corporation Of India, Maritime Training Institute, Powai — wrong date of birth updated due to which indian cdc rejected

Updated by suns I have done 4 Courses at this institute as refresher for Indian CDC, they are highly unprofessional and careless . They have updated wrong date of Birth on DG Shipping website due to which my documents are not uploaded for CDC and has been rejected . When complained about it at the institute they claim its technical error and they cant do anything about it . I met Mr Mendes and Mr Kadam who are responsible for entering data, its purely human error as MY date of Birth is 2nd Mar and they have updated as 3rd Feb, all the course certificates have the correct date of birth but wrongly updated on DG Shipping. The staff are extremely rude and no intention to help the candidate . Because of their mistake my job is at stake . I would highly recommend not to do any courses from this institute as they are playing with peoples career. I and my other 2 friends have done courses together out of which one one persons documents are correctly updated and other 2 are rejected due to their mistake. They are blindly entering the data without cross checking the information on the certificate and passport. A bunch or stupid people are working there and should be immediately terminated for such mistakes. I also met Capt G.C Das the General Manager of the institute but even he has taken off his hands for the mistake done by his employee. I have printed record of this error . PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY FOR ANY KIND OF COURSES.
