We hired movers and packers to shift our household goods worth (Rs. 1 lakh) on Jan 6, 2024. The vendor has collected the advance amount and taken all our items to his warehouse.
We later found that his GSTIN number was not valid so we requested him to refund our amount and goods. Now, he is not refunding our amount, and also returning all our goods. He has now stopped taking up our phone calls.
