Shiv Sankar Ghosh — illegal construction in government land

This person named shiv shankar ghosh lives in b63 charu chandra place east, lake gardens west kolkata 700033.
Right in front if his house, there is a spare land of goverment in which he has built a garrage, a poultry farm with 3-5 chickens in it and a room.
We have notified charu market police station several times. But this police station is just worst. They don't even do check who is occupying which part of the land. They do nothing.
This area has atleast 10 to 20 numner of occupied illegal rooms. But all of these are happening in front of the police and they are being like a mere spectator.
Diminish the floor as soon as possible. Charu market police should now atleast do some work!
