same scenario is going to repeat as now OMKar Realtors is going on with you chor .M/s . SHiv Shakti Builders and Developers.

Why is that only Sra2004 is against SHIV SHAKTI BUILDERS and no one else in the group. As per our records the construction work for rehab has reached 5th slab for 1st building and 2nd builkding has reached 4th slab and still you guys are saying no work is happening at site .

Also could you show us the proof that developer is not paying Cheque to tenants as I saw the site, it was clear and everyone at site seemed very professional and also they are showing legal documents where the land belongs to the builder and also they have paid rents to the tenants and they have full cc for tenant building. So where is the legal issue. Are you one of the person in the group who is harassing builder as we have heard that some people have taken cheques and still is pushing the builder to pay more.

And Mr Sra2004 why don't you post your details in the group as in which flat belongs to you in SRA, your name and your contact number.

The builder is genuine but I don't know why he is not paying the rent to us. He is pandit and he is doing all these stuff. He should forgive what people did . He should pay the rent as promised and as per the agreement . The room which is illegal . Means apatra according to sra and government rehab rules and regulations . He should give good amount of money. Because every one wants peace. The people will support you. But don't get influence with so called social worker in the area . devendra sir jee.u are a nice person . The one who forgive others sin are always on a high level than others .
