[Resolved]  Shiva Enterprises — loan fraud

Dear Sir/Madam, I am harshita, I applied for a loan in Shiva Enterprises Pvt. Limited, B-26, Vikas Puri Near Gurudwara, New Delhi- 110018, Contact persons are Sameer - [protected], Vishal - [protected], Anjali - [protected], and Contact E mail ID: [protected]@gmail.com, I applied a loan on september 2013, they told to pay the registration fee, I paid Rs. 3000, After they told to send the insurance fee of Rs. 20521/- to get the loan on 17th October 2013, I paid the insurance fee on 05th November 2013, but I am not getting the loan they they told on 9th November 2013 to pay Agreement fee of Rs.35, 000/-, I told I unable to pay the fee, they they told to pay Rs. 20, 000/- to get the loan, I paid Rs. 20, 000/- on 11th November 2013 after I try to call they told you have to pay another Rs, 15, 000/- to get the loan then I told please cancel the loan and return the paid amount, they told to return the amount on 28 the November, I called on November 28 they told you get the refund amount on 10th December I called on 10th December they told to pay the refund will be on 10 january 2014, I don't no what they are doing, please help me to return the amount., I am very struggling please help me, and take legal action against these type of company, The Loan details are announced in the news paper Times of India, I also see so many fraud company, I have the documents what they are send and also recorded the phone talking with them, If I am calling by my phone they are not reply, I called from other phones they are receive, please help and avoid people to fall this fraud company
