Dear sir/madam,

My name is maithili ghodake. I graduated from the sp. S. M. B. H. College in shivaji university, kolhapur in the field of architecture in may-june 2011.
I had filled out an application form for degree certificate with the rest of my classmates in the same academic year. All of them received their degrees this month i. E.in may 2017 delivered to their houses except me. Despite completing all the required procedures i have yet to receive my degree certificate.

I have applied for degree certificate before 6 months and i have not received yet.. whenever i call different people tells different things.. some says we sent it and some of them says we have not sent it yet.. plz do something i have urgency i hv to submit its copy to my company
