This same issue had happened with me also. We had also booked our trip to Turkey and had made full payment to them. Our trip got cancelled due to covid. They have failed to respond to any of our calls or emails. I am in favour of lodging a joint complaint against shoes on loose.

We had booked our trip to Turkey with shoes on loose scheduled for the month of May 2020 and had made an advance payment to them. Due to covid, our trip got cancelled and shoes on loose raised their hands to refund our amount.
They have continously failed to respond on our enumerous calls and emails.
We got in touch with Mohit poddar owner of shoes on loose but he has also refrained from responding to our emails or calls. They have cheated us by giving us false promises and also our money is stuck with them for no fault of ours.
We have suffered huge loss due to their negligence.

The Owner Mohit confirmed to us on WhatsApp groups multiple times reassuring to me and my friends that we will get a refund if the government cancels the flights and blocks the tourism activities.
The Government enforced a lockdown and hence we were not able to travel. We asked for a refund they are conviently saying No for everything.

Booked Turkey Trip for April with complete payment. Mohit poddar (founder shoes in loose) denied any refund or anything even after receiving flight refunds in his wallet.

I'm also facing the same problem. My airlines have transfer the fund to the agent and they have given me the transaction details also. But still I have not received the payment from SOL. Kindly help me to file joint complaint.
