I ordered on 26th Nov'21 from shop4reebok website and paid from wallet (PAYTM).
Now the order status is showing that the order failed due to "Payment Verification Failed".

Please suggest the way forward or refund the deducted amount of INR 3600.
Sent multiple of emails at customer.[protected]@reebok.com and calls but no response from Team reebok and my refund of 3600 is not initiated yet.
