ShopDealClue — Can't able to track my order

Hello sir, my product which i ordered on 17/10/2020 is not showing, i paid 1179rs from upi and i cant able to track my product also, My order id is #46134 please solve my problem ASAP. Thank you. Its 20/10/2020 no information about my product, not even in order section on there site. I mailed both Shopdealclue support and customer care but no reply from there. I think i get cheated i want my money back.
