ShopDealClue — fake product delivery

As i ordered a product from this site (Order no.17438) which was delivered. The order received was not as per images shown in their site and when i saw the product it was fake one; so i wanted to return the order as i was not happy with its quality and also requested them to replace it with other order; i even mailed them twice, called them but there's no response.
