Hey, i have ordered earphones from your site on 11th june, 2019 and i received it on maybe 15th or 16th june 2019 but now i'm having an issue with your product. Whenever, i listen to music or any video, i only able to hear music not the lyrics or what the person is saying. I don't have the bill as i misplaced it. So, can you replace the product or repair it asap.

The product i got is damaged duplicate & wrong item, i want to return the product & need refund.im from a poor family please make it quick..they advertised with the original mi 2i powerbank and the seller cheated me by sending faulty duplicate product
