Hello, I ordered a Senheisser wireless headset on 5th march 2019 through the above website, it cost 649 Inr (including delivery charge). The payment was made thru mobikwik wallet. I got delivered on 8th March 2019. The product I received is totally fake duplicate faulty product. Its was not working either. I was shocked after opening the package. I was little busy at that time so I post a complaint against it on 9th March 2019 to their email ids [protected]@shopdealclue.com and [protected]@shopdealclue.com respectively. After a long waiting they replied me and asked for the product images on 14th march 2019. I immediately posted some pics of the same on that day, I was hoping for the resolution but it never happened. I didn't get a single reply after that from their end till the date. I feel really disappointed about this. If its not solved within a week then i will proceed to consumer forum and case a file against them. Sorry for my bad English. Was this information helpful? |
