ShopDealClue — order 17830 not respond

No delivery of product and no refund provision
I have ordered and transferred an amount of 12850 from shopdealclue and transferred the amount through a payment gateway ccavenue. After transfer of amount no status of delivery details are diaplayed. And no customer support center. At last it shows that the order havr completed but i haven't received yet. So please concern my issue by dealing with the fraud e-commerce site

On dated 19.06.2019 ordered JBL Truly Wireless In Ear Headphones TWS4 order number 18988 but on 20.06.19 it shows order completed without delivery of products. This is a fake site. Pls return my money 2899₹
