I have received my order on 24th aug 2019 and on the same day i noticed that the product was not functioning properly hence written them a email immediately @[protected]@shopdealclue.com but still havent received any update from their end where as the site says that any complains must be raised within 48 hours.

Hi,
I have received my order today, but there is some problem with the earbuds (Pairing issue).
The earbuds doesn't pair with each other when placed in both ears, when i take them out from one are and hold it very close to each other then both of them works but whenever i place them in both the ears only one side works.
I have tried several times and also went into the web and have done all research on the same and tried all possible things but i failed.
I am sure that its a technical fault with them, i also use another brand of ear buds and they function very well, i have bee going through the reviews and i saw that this model have this issues and asked me to get the same replaced.
Hence i request you to please replace the same at the earliest.
Also sending you the pictures for the same hereby attached.
Please let me know how do we go about it from here.
