I have orderd samsung galaxy note 8 ON 27 aug 2019 on shopdealclue.com and paid 3449rs through debit card, i came a orderno 25589, and payment recived confirmation from ccavenue with ref no:[protected], till now no status about order and no cancellation process given on website, later i came to know this was a fraudwebsite. so i came to know about comsumer complaint forum, so please help in this issue i want to cancel my order and want my money 3449 to be refunded Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered "google chromecast 2" on 2.9.2019, The device i received is "MiraAdapter for hdtv" on 10.9.2019, I lodge the complaint immediately but shopdealclue has not responded . Pl.help to solve the problem.
